Hi everyone,
I'm 37+ pregnant. I had a midwife appoint over a week ago who stated my baby's head was 4/5th engaged, I've been getting the odd very strong cramp in my lower abdomin and has become slightly uncomfortable when baby moves. Any ideas what this could mean or what I could do to ease the pains?
