Am I in labor?

I have back pains off and on stomach tightens and have loss bowels for the past few hours am I in labor or are these signs idk what to think or do. Because I don't want to drive an hour to our hospital for it to be nothing.

    Are you about due? Call your hospital for their advice hun. They are all signs but equally can be other things. Have you timed them? It’s always better to be on the safe side so call the hospital or your midwife for a chat
