waters or did i pee myself lol!!

hi ladies i no this is going to sound really weird but not sure what just happened i was bending down picking up the washing as i stood up i felt something coming out i could not stop it i didnt feel like i needed a wee but then i sat on the toilet and could do one didnt no if it was my back waters as my friend did the same she was not sure if she wet herself lol and now i feel the same any ideas ladies when i get up and walk around i can still feel like a tiny bit coming out not due for another 16 days yet so am thinking its too early x
