Has anyone had their baby at Queens Hospital in romford, essex?? And if so what did you think??

    Afternoon!

    I am going to be going Queens in Romford but i am only 12 weeks today sop due for my scan on Friday very excited.

    I have had my cousin and my best friend deliver at Queens in July both emergency c sections. My besy friend said she had no problems there where as my cousin had a nigtmare!

    I think it all depends on the day and the staff!

    Thanks for your responses. I had just heard so many bad reports of the hospital.

    Claire Congratulations on the birth of dillon, How did it go? was it a long labour? What area are you from then?

    I am due mid december this is my 3rd.

    Glad things went well for you and that it wasnt to bad at the hospital. I know sometimes that they are short staffed but im not sure that excuses rudeness etc. I am under a team of surestart midwives and they are lovely. Am planning a home birth so hopefully all will go to plan but if not i will have to go into queens hopefully all will be well.

    Hi,

    I had my baby at Queens on 22nd July this year. I had a pretty tough time of it but the staff were fantastic - I couldn't fault them at all.
