needd advice and fast

hi

i'm a little worried at the moment as i am in the first trimister and am have very painfully cramps and dizziness as well as nausea. a few days ago i bleed a bit but thought nothing of it. i have had 2 miscarriges before and wonder if i should be going to the nearest hospital right now.

any advice would help
