Pink cm.....having a little panic! Update

Hi girls,

As the title says....I was at work this morining, went to the loo and there was a small amount of pink cm on the tp. Went again a bit later, and there was more than before on the tp.

I rang the EPU on my way to my car, and got the gynae ward - epu closed on Sunday. Explained all about my mc in Jan, and had pink cm then too. But said I knew it was too early for a scan, and I had an appointment with my dr Tuesday anyway to register the pg. She said monitor it, and if it gets worse or get pain to call out of hours GP.

So I came home and decided to do my CBD with conception indicator I had in the drawer, it's supposed to be at 3+ now. I am very happy to say it is! I peed before I left work, then peed half an hour later at home to do the test, and it came up with the 3+!! It's given me a little hope as there was no pink that time, and the hormone level must be ok when I had only just been to the loo.

So I'm going to keep my appt with dr on Tuesday, and hope and pray there is no more, and no pain (although have some it's a niggle and had it since conception on one side). That's all I can do isn't it??

hi mithical, sorry to hear of your scare. It's awful when you know it's too soon for any answers and all you can do is wait as there's nothing the EPU could do either I suppose. Realy hoping everytihng is fine for you, it's a good sign the CBDi shows the right reading for you (mine stuck at 2-3 weeks for longer than it should have). Hoping it's just bean bedding in nicely for you xx

The pink cm seems to have stopped at the moment. You're right it was such a relief that the CBD was correct.

I hope it's peanut getting comfy. I had an angel reading that predicted a successful pg, so let's hope it's right!

I'm ok thanks, still thinking of the 'what could have beens' a bit more than I'd like. I'm going back to work tomorrow and I've told my boss to tell them all as it's not liek me to have vanished for 3 weeks so not really looking forward to it, but then I am in someways as it will give me a distraction. keep us informed xx

I have had one lot of brown cm this afternoon. Just hope my dr will listen tmorrow.

Starry_eyed, I found it was easier that everyone already knew, when I returned to work. Once the initial 'I'm sorry's' are out of the way, it's easier to just get on with it. Hope it goes ok. xx

Hello,

Well I went to the dr's today. This was supposed to be me registering the pg, but the receptionist hadn't booked it as an antenatal appointment!

Anyway I said I had had some pink spotting Sunday, and one lot of brown spotting yesterday. The dr doesn't agree with serial hCG blood tests, as she said it doesn't show viability of the pg. I said it doesn't for the future, but I want to know if I'm losing the baby now!! She would only write me out one blood form, so I had the blood taken after I left the surgery.

She asked if I was having any pains etc, and mentioned the ache I have low down on the right of my abdo. She pressed on both sides (hard) and I said that didn't hurt. But because she was then concerned about ectopic, she said I could have a scan. $:\$ )

So I have a scan booked on Thursday at 11am, I have one lot of bloods (which aren't going to tell us an awful lot!), and I have my proper antenatal appointment at the GP's next Thursday (let's hope I need it!)

good luck for Thurs, deffinitely worth checking but am hoping its all fine (glad to hear spotting stopped) and at least that will give you a quick and clear answer
