how you all gettin on

well this is the first remotely normal day imve had since mc. i was surprised about the physical side of it lasting so long. anyway i hope everyone will have a happier 2009. its tough but at least i hit my rock bottom and i feel a bit better every day. nice and easy and dont force yourselves to rush the healing process .i founsd taking advice from hospital worked.normally im so stubborn i do things my own way but ive taken heed this time and its working. well get there happy new year to you all in advance xxxx
