Cycle dates?
Hey Ladies,
Need some help with my cycle dates after miscarriage. I started bleeding on 3rd March, had scan showing heartbeat on 5th March, but went on to micarry on 8th March. Finally stopped bleeding on 19th March. AF seems to have arrived today, so now I'm confused as to how long my cycle is, to work out ovulation dates.
When do I start counting from?
My cycle was always 28 days before and we fell pregnant at first attempt.

Right for your dates if ur af arrived to day this is cd 1, its is hard to calculate these things after a mc as it can mess cycles up, the best thing probable to do is use My cycle.com enter ur af dates etc and it can give u an estimated ov date, u could maybe then try watching out for ov signs around then ie cm or cervix position or try using opk's?
