Going back to work tomorrow

I think I have must have passed everything last night and plan to rest today. Don't want to dwell on things any longer. I work as an estate agent so the work isn't too strenuous. DH thinks I'm mad for going back so soon. I was worried about the pain but it wasn't too bad or scary so I hope this reassures anyone else on here who is going through a similar situation as me.
