SCARED, PLEASE HELP

Two days ago I got a very faint BFP with very strong pregnancy symptoms ranging from sore boobs, naseau, food aversions and cramping. Today, I  woke up with absolutely no symptoms, my nipples arent even sensitive anymore. I was slightly worried and then when I went to wipe this morning I had mucusy brown discharge. If i wasnt pregnant I would be expecting my period in two days. Do you think I'm having a misscarriage??
