When will my breasts go back to normal

Hi,

3weeks ago today I sadly had a natural miscarriage.

i did a test last week like the doctor said and it came back negative but Iv only just noticed my nipples are slightly brown and bigger than usual.

could this just be due to my body getting back to normal even though my hormone level was already down the week before?
