Worried what are the chances
went for an early scan on Tuesday would have been 9weeks 6days
saod baby was measuring 3mm and there was no heart beat, what are the chances of going back on Monday and everything being okay? Has any1 ever had the same and everything turned out to be okay?

hi Louise, I'm sorry you are having to go through this.
are you absolutely sure about your dates? Could you be less far along than you thought you were?
if you are sure about your dates then I'm very sorry to say that the chances are things are not going to end well & you should prepare yourself for that. By 9 weeks the baby should be measuring around 3/4 of an inch & you should be able to see a heartbeat even on an abdominal scan (vaginal scan can pick it up around 6 weeks, abdominal around 8).
it sounds like you may be going through a missed miscarriage... Where the baby has passed away but your body hasn't recognized that.
