Help? Please?

Hi I'm just looking some help/advice, I had a miscarriage a week ago today (baby stopped growing at 8 weeks miscarried at 10 weeks) I had to take the pills to help me pass everything, anyway fast forward to last night one thing led to another with my other half and we ended up having sex ( haven't been bleeding for 3 days) firstly sex was painful I got two sharp shooting pains during this time and asked other half to stop in which he did but he had already finished inside me, clearly I wasn't ready to have sex, I'm quite painful today not severely sore just around my back, I don't know what I'm after just some help or advice, thanks.
