help miscarriage crazy hcg

help, I am going nuts. I found out Christmas eve I was pregnant, went to er on the 28th of December abd my hcg was 268 went back in on the 31st and it dropped to 93 they said I was miscarriage. I went to the doctor on January 3rd and they confirmed it and set a date to come back on the 18th for blood. I bleed super crazy from the 3 to 7th. I went to my doctor today the 18th after doing blood on Monday and my levels are 313. I have to go back this Monday for more blood and a ultrasound, they don't know what is going on. does anyone have any ideas our been through this. I feel like I am getting my hopes up.
