Medical management of miscarriage

I found out just over a week ago that i had a missed miscarriage. I decided to have medical management, which i had on thursday. I'm still bleeding and the nurse said i could for a few weeks, but im still experiencing quite abit of pain, its just on and off but its really uncomfortable when it comes on. Is this normal? I had such a postitive day yesterday and then it has gone down hill again today.
