Am I miscarrying again??

hi ladies, I’m currently pregnant (6 weeks) I have one healthy boy and 5 miscarriages, with each mc I’ve had severe cramping and heavy blood loss. Sunday I had A small amount of blood after sex, Monday morning I had a tiny little bit of grey discharge, and Tuesday, weds and this morning I’ve had a tiny bit of brown discharge only when I wipe. I’ve had no pain but So worried im losing another one 😢 can anyone shed some light please? My doc said it sounds like mc but test still showing positive and still have pregnancy symptoms 😢😢
