Needing advise

Hia im 13weeks pregnant with my second child last the 2morning iv woke up n there been light pink blood when i wipe, but then nothing through out the day.. iv had a little niggling feeling in my right bottom hand side but nothing major or pain full as such, i cant get a scan till another 2days am i having a miscarriage? Any advise welcome going out of my mind
