Did i have early miscarriage? *graphic photo* test was negative

I had my period and passed many painful bloodclots and what appears to be a fetus.
I took a test that day and it was negative

I have had cysts and painful periods for around a decade and was never able to fall pregnant. I was told i would have. To get fertility treatment if i wanted a baby

So this is a shock

I have now lost my job over this situation. It happened to me while i was on shift and i wasnt allowed to go home and rest. I had to pretend like nothing happened. I am only now feeling ok to talk about it, but was sacked from my job for finally telling my boss i  had to take some days off.  As this is mentally draining
