Is this a miscarriage? I was feeling pain in my tummy and then I thought it was just cramps and then I coughed and I felt something come out...is this a miscarriage? Please let me know ASAP! Im depressed and anxious.

    Hi sorry to see/hear this. Unfortunately to me it looks like a miscarriage but I’m no expert. How far along. 
    Try to get to your epu if you can. Fingers crossed for you. X
