TRIGGER WARNING GRAPHIC IMAGES - did I have a miscarriage?

Hey everyone, so I started my period 2 days ago and had this come out at the start of it. I didn’t get the best look and flushed it son after but tried to figure out what it was. It was a sort of tough sack filled with blood that would be sort of translucent when I washed it but I didn’t wash it much. it looked veiny on the inside and when I broke it open there was a small clear/yellowish squishy but tough ball inside. I’m 21 years old and have been sexually active with no protection for 6 months. I also have only one ovary due to the other been removed at 2 years old for a ovarian torsion. Last year around April I had possible cyst on other ovary and extreme pain but was fully checked at the hospital and not referred so nothing serious, nothing too serious after that some Panadol/codeine couldn’t fix. Have had pretty regular periods since I can remember
