Is this an early miscarriage? Pics attached

Hello, I want to start by saying Ive been on the depo shot for 6 years and have never had a period on it in that time. I just recently started a period and passed this and was wondering if it could be a miscarriage. If i were to have been pregnant i would have been almost at 3 weeks and all other pictures i can find of an early miscarriage are similar.
