Did I miscarry? *Graphic Pic*

I am 7 weeks and have had brown discharge for about 3 weeks. About a week ago my doctor said there was blood around my cervix and I was at risk for a miscarriage. Yesterday I had sharp cramping and a gush of blood that wasn’t that bright but it was more red than it has been. Today I had the same cramps and when I went to the bathroom the blood was bright red and it filled up the toilet. I felt something and when I looked down this passed. It’s been about an hour and I’m no longer bleeding.
