Did i miscarry?

So my period was late for like 11 days, i took a pregnancy test 3 weeks ago and it came out negative. I woke up with really bad cramps and a lot of blood so i thought it was my period but then this came out and i don’t know if it’s a blood clot or a miscarriage because i had unprotected sex 6 weeks ago. I feel sick and i’ve never felt this before. I just went to the bathroom and i kinda stopped bleeding
