Anyone experienced this??

Tested positive over a week ago. Already bloated and sore swollen breasts. Thursday out of no where I had heavy bleeding(gush) got home within 30 minutes and passed a clot. Then no bleeding but today having a brown stringy discharge when I wipe. Did a urine test and it was positive then a hcg blood test and it’s at 4551(today). Scheduled for another blood test Sunday. I should be exactly 6 weeks.
