Exercise after mc- when's it ok?
I'm not sure if there are any guidelines on thisbut as I don't think it's a good idea to actively ttc ATM ice decided I'm going to put effort into losing my 9monrhs worth of wasted baby fat. Are there rules as to when I can start doing anything? I'm not super fit but keen to start up on stomach crunches etc and dont want to do anything I shouldn't? Thanks
