Hey girls, I am so sorry you are both feeling this way, a few months ago I hit a really low point. I felt like I was on my own and Olivia was constantly crying and I just felt so miserable, I felt like I was heading for a breakdown so I started getting myself out everyday even for a short walk just to clear my head and it really does help, hubby helps out a lot more especially if Olivia has a bad day, we are trying different medication for her reflux and that has helped a bit although we still get plenty of vomits but this has helped her. I also started using my cross trainer this week and I feel so much better, I have more energy and it is putting me in better form. I hope you start to get the support that you both deserve and start to feel more like yourselves soon xxx
