You are so beautiful

Everything is dark but you are my little light

You're smile lifts my heart

But my body is so numb.

I want to play with you.

I want to take you out and show you the world.

I want to cuddle you

I want to keep you safe and warm.

But my body is so numb.

I feel heavy

I feel darkened

I'm living in a shadow

And the rain keeps falling

Where do you get your energy?

All I can do is watch you.

You're so funny.

I want to be your mum.

But my body is so numb.

Thats really creative- maybe you could get a notepad and write these every so often. As you begin to feel better it would help you better appreciate how far you have come.
