Hi ladies
Well as the title says im suffering with a sore back and sometimes shooting pain get it down my thighs sometimes too.
Just wondering if there is anything i can do or if anybody is suffering and found something that helps. Could be a long 10weeks.

I'm currently 28 weeks and suffering same sort of symptoms as you, it sounds like sciatica (I haven't had that formally diagnosed but the symptoms seem to fit) Alot of the DIApril ladies seem to be suffering it at the moment, too, not found anything that helps other than taking it easy and observing the proper lifting guidelines, etc. Think it's to do with a nerve in your back, so not alot that can be done? Sorry not much help but I can sympathise. x
