achey bump :-( what could it be?

hi, last coupel of days been taking my dog for a walk, not a long one about a mile each time and i really like to stride it out and have a fast powerwalk, although its started to really hurt underneath my bump a bit like a stitch? anyone else got this as it hurts so bad only when im walking, mayb i need to slow it down a bit? xx

    I get that when I try to walk at my usual speed so I think it's your body trying to tell you to slow down a little.

    I find that pretty hard to accept because I am still feeling fine but I think our bodies are pretty clever so we should probably listen.
