Hay fever??

Is anyone else suffering from hay fever? I am so fed up my nose is streaming cant stop sneezing which leaves me in pain and my eyes and throat are itchy. All i have done is cry this morning.

If anyone has hay fever are you taking anything or what can i do? everyone i have asked dont know.

I wash my hair every night change my clothes when i get in and keep my windows shut especially when the pollen is high.

    you can get meds from the gp that are fine in pregnancy, they are free on prescription too! have you tried the nasal infared gadget from lloyds pharamcy this really helps hubby x

    Yep, plus I have the pregnancy nasal stuffiness ontop, not a good look lol



    I'm using calpol saline nasal spray and I'm finding it brilliant!!
