So annoyed with Very
Hi everyone im fuming with VERY, I have shopped with Very for years before when it was additions. Well in May
they sent be a voucher for ??30 off my next order over ??60. So i ordered a swing crib and a mattress for our room, so it was a bargain.
Well i got my mattress no sign of the crib so i contacted them and was advised leave it another week which i did, no sign. Contacted them again and a replacement crib was ordered and they dont know were the original is. Cheeky buggers charged me again for it.
Second crib did not arrive so i contacted customer services and they said there is nothing they can do. So i asked for my money back off the first crib which they have done and also removed my ??30 credit voucher. So now im stuck with a mattress and no bloody clue were my crib is.
