Small Pinprick rash on thighs?

Has anyone else developed a pinprink rash on their thighs in pregnancy? I've just noticed a rash that runs from my groin to midway down my thighs, and I have no idea what it is! Any ideas?



Its kind of a browny colour, it doesn't itch and it doesn't go away after I press a glass on it. x
