im a nurse...when should i tell work??

hiya ladies sorry if this is a silly question



Im a staff nurse for the NHS and a unsure when to tell work! the workload is very busy and stressful so my head is saying tell work asap (im 8 weeks today).

Yet my heart is saying i should wait until 12 weeks and our first scan.





EEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKK!! what to do?

    you should tell them, especially if you have to lift etc and dealing with certain things. im a care worker i had to tell mine early because of complications, but still would have told them because of the manual handling. good luck!

    i would say tell at least one person as I would imagine there is quite a lot of lifting and possible contact with hazardous substances in your job.



    I only work in an office job but I told my manager both time at about 6-7 weeks, I just thought it made sense for someone to know in case I fainted or fell down the stairs or anything like that
