eczema

Since ive been pregnant i've been washing my hands 100 times more than i would normally due to working with children not exactly a germ free zone haha! but i think monday i random came up in a rash on my hands and along my knuckles later during the day it was on my other hand by my thumb it hasnt spread much its red and rasies up when itchy i've been using sudo cream daily and seems to stop the itching but my OH said he has noticed a little red rash on my back so is it possiable to get ezema during pregnancy if you have NEVER had it before or could it just be a bad case of dry skin and over worring!
