symptoms in early pregnancy
my daughter is in her first trimester when she used the bathroom this morning she noticed she had light bleeding is this normal?
she wants to get an ultrasound should she? she wasnt given a due date because she couldnt remember when she had her last period. the pregnancy was confirmed from a clinic.
should this be a major concern?

Light spotting can be normal.
If the blood is bright red or gushing and she's in a lot of pain, then seek medical help straight away.
Mild cramps are also considered to be normal.
But she knows her body and if she feels something isn't right then to go do what she feels she has to.
