Can u help me?

Hello Ladies!

http://www.madeformums.com/lib/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-laughing.gif

My last menstrual period was Feb 5! I found out I was pregnant at hm on Mar 5! Few days after I started spotting brown and few days after that I started Bleeding red, and cramping, somewhat clots as well. ???? I stopped bleeding two days before my appt! I went to dr on Mar 18 for an u/s and they said there's an empty gestational sac with no baby or heartbeat measuring 5 wks and 3 days and what suprised me that they mention that there's another tiny gestational sac but can't say it's a sac yet... Cuz it's not in my uterus! ???? I'm confused! Plus they checked my hcg beta to 493!  Has anyone gone thru what I'm going thru? I have a dr apt in two wks to recheck u/s and hcg levels. Have I miscarried one of the gestational sacs and still be pregnant or am I still early to detect a baby? Please ladies talk to me! Thanks in advance! ??????

Oh wow! That is a strange one, where did the say the other baby is? Sounds to me like you could be having twins, I've Hurd bleeding with twins is common image fingers crossed your next scan shows something! Two weeks is a long time to wait, but I guess they will know for sure what the situation is by then!

i can only guess really so I doubt Ihelping help...hopefully someone will be along with better insight image good luck x

    Hi Supersquish

Right! It's definitely strange. Thanks for your insight! I really appreciated.

The way it went in the dr appt was that The Dr was talking to the u/s tech "there's two sacs!" N so once Dr left the room I asked her "what does two sacs mean?" So thats when she mention to me "the tiny sac seems very low in my uterus and shouldn't be there! And the other sac is in the uterus where it should be!" So my thought is Twins!

Confused, I might probably miscarried one twin? That's why the bleeding started! Plus when I went to the dr appt I took a home pregnancy test n it was faint line n positive and yesterday I took another home test and it's darker line and positive on test! It's confusing me more.

I just can't wait for the appt on Mar 30.

Ps. I put a picture of the ultrasound but it's not my ultrasound pic. I found a somewhat similar picture on Google! Of what I seen in the ultrasound monitor. But the tiny sac I mention is by the bottom not to the side like the pic.

hi hun didnt want to read and run.

this is a new one on me, iv had 2 m/c and 2 babies.

firstly with all 4 i suffered bleeding that lasted for a week to 2 weeks, so not all bleeding means a pregnancy is over...

the smaller sac does kinda tie in with the twin thing and only one surving, my mother in law had this but she lost one of the twins at 12 week but it was always smaller and a few weeks behind in growth.

at 5 weeks they wouldnt see a heart beat in all 4 of mine iv had to be over 6 weeks to see a heart beat and fetal pole, any thing before that has just been a sac with yoke.

i know its horrid to hear but all you can do is wait it out, its good the other sac is not in your tube as that would cause complications, we are always here if you need to talk....its horrid waiting but its all you really can do right now xxxxxxx

If its low down all may not be lost, with 2 eggs you ovulate a few days between and then it may have taken longer to implant, so if smaller twin was last to implant it could explain why it's smaller, if its low down you could get placenta privia and have a healthy twin pregnancy!

got my fingers crossed for you image xx
