20 weeks pregnant with worry of Down's Syndrome

My Triple marker for Down's came positive few weeks back and doctor suggested further scanning. My latest USG on 20 wks 1 day pregnancy shows all features of the baby fine. The Nuchal Thickness is 3.2 mm on 20 wks 1 day pregnancy. Is it within range? Or is it high and indicative towards Down's? I am scared like hell. Please suggest.
