Anyone made salt dough santa hands?

Just seen these and am going to make some to give to family for xmas (so cute!) however I have a daft question! The recipes I've seen for the dough are obviously US as it's in cups, something like 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup of salt, but would that be to make just one santa hand? I'm probably going to be making 5 or 6 - anyone any reliable recipes for larger amounts?
