sorry I don't have the answer but I was recommended and sold the arnicare gel in Holland and Barrett but it says not to use on broken skin so not sure if I will be able to use it on my scar so may need to get the tablets, will keep an eye out for the answer as hadn't even thought about taking whilst Bfeeding!
I thought it might help my section scar heal a bit quicker....
