paracetamol regularly and lots and lots of water throughout the day. aslo gargel regularly with salt water, jsut really waht you would do when not pregnant, except no ibuprofen x
Get boots cold defence spray, suitable in pregnancy, and snort it up your nose! It definitely helped my colds even when I only took the spray once I had a cold.
I'm all poorly and snotty. I have a sore throat and a headache too. I'm feeling very sorry for myself. Is there anything I'm allowed to take?
