LO has woken with a really swollen eye. We'll The eyelids.. Obviously I'll be phoning the GP as soon as they open at half 8 but is there anything I should be doing - bathing it? She keeps rubbing at it too - not sure how to stop her!?
See if you can check there's nothing in it - grit, an eyelash etc, etc. Holding a cold damp flannel against it may soothe it. Other than that, yes, straight to GP or if they can't fit you in, your nearest walk in centre.

Is the eye lid swollen? O's eye lid swelled up after he had knocked his eyebrow. There isn't much you can do apart from cold compresses.
