Further along than I thought??

I swear I'm further along than how long I've known!! Last month I had 3 positive tests followed by a period and negative test, I now am confirmed pregnant but the doctor just assumes from last period, everytime I have a bath I swear I feel movements but am I just going mad?? The last few months I really have gained a fair bit of weight on my belly and people have joked in the passed saying i look pregnant I may have just eaten to many pies but who knows I'm booked in for the 21st of october for booking appointment do you think I should ring up and voice my concerns xx
