3 postive pregnancy test 6 negtive ones still no period 6 days late still haven symptoms

So here it is i did 6 home pregnancy test one came out postive did two and the docs both postive and one urine sample sent to lab negtive. I am 6 days late for my period and im still haven symptoms is there a possiblity im still pregnant or is it just to early to ditect i think i concived on the 15th of nov.
