Headaches in second trimester
Hi all, I'm currently 19 weeks and have been getting headaches that last for 4-6 days for the last 3 weeks. When they do go away I only have relief for a day maybe 2 and then I get another one. This is my first pregnancy and was wondering if anyone has any tips that I could try to either ease the pain or get rid of it all together? I have tried hot and cold compresses and paracetamol with little effect. Thanks in advance.

am 15 weeks now had the headaches last week for about 3 days try and drink as much water as possible and make sure you don't get hungry plus get enough rest
this is my 3rd pregnancy.im 13weeks and having horrendous headaches to the point i even went for eyetest this morning. it came back fine so presumably hormones causing it as i know they can be common.doesnt maje it any easier. hugs hun
