Morning sickness

Hey I only found out I was pregnant last week an I only know Im 5 weeks cause test could only go that far.. An my morning sickness stopped yesterday Im scared the baby not health or something has happened! Or does it mean Im further then 5-6 weeks I'm totally confused.. I can't find out how far I really am till I get an appointment with my scan.. Please help
