Confused

Hi ladies had a positive test yesterday and I'm just seeking advice as it was a sure sign pregnancy test faint positive as well but something weird happened a third line came up too hmmm I'm really confused tbh as I was having pregnancy symptoms and still having them n now I started my AF I think it's only light ATM like can anybody help me please
