Need opinions plz

Hello lady's I'm 38 years old mother of 5 boys in a relationship with a new man we were haven a baby 2015 unfortunately we lost baby @ 5weeks and now pregnant again been haven some dull back pain,crampy legs,nothing like last pregnancy anyways get to the point I was going to the rest room and as I wipped I noticed a small streak of blood in discharge no stomach cramps should I be alarmed in my 5 pregnancies don't recall any streaks like this I've been tired,nauseated,and vomiting I sleep and stay in bed get up to urinate,eat,and work at night 2hours cleaning a gym any advice as to the blood streak haven't noticed anymore streaks since the last 1I used restroom
