Weird Lump

Hello, was wondering if any of you pregnant mum's or mum's could possibly know what this lump is? It's above my belly button and only noticed when leaning backwards. I'm 16 weeks pregnant with my first child and have noticed this lump for the past 2 days only when I lean backwards. I don't have a clue what it could be as scared to look online :') I'm going to be booking a doctors appointment in the morning. Can't stop worrying it's something bad :/

    All I can see is your belly button sticking out slightly as your bump is growing. Mine has gone from innie to outie in both previous pregnancies & will probably do so again later in this one.
