Hello, I had what I believe was implantation bleeding on 23rd June, accompanied by cramping in stomach, nausea and being very tired. At what point did anyone get a positive home pregnancy test after bleeding?
If that was IP then you should get a positive 4-6 days after the bleed, good luck x
