Any help would be great!

I had a baby 2 years ago she was born at 34 weeks and had a problem with her bowel called duodenal atresia, I also has polohydramnio (where you get a build up of fluidand brings on early labour). I'm now 5+5weeks pregnant and I was wondering if anyone knows if I'll be giving more scans or what will happen ? I don't see my midwife till I'm 8 weeks. Any help would be appreciate xx
